Onboarding a new team member process - step by step
1. Your Welcome Email
The first step in the onboarding process is to welcome your new team member via email. You will need to attach our welcome booklet to this email so ensure that you have edited the original copy and saved it to your laptop or PC as a PDF file.
2. Your Welcome Book
Your Thriving Collective Welcome book is your first stop. It contains all of the initial information that you need in the beginning. Watch the video and go through your booklet with me so that you understand what everything is. If you have any questions, please reach out to your sponsor.
How to edit your welcome book for your new team members
If you would like to edit the 2nd page and include your own image and a story about yourself to pass on to your new business partners, you will need to have a Canva account and the video to your right will explain what to do.
