Once a year Deep Clean
It is advisable to have your Machine Deep Cleaned once a year. This is a complimentary service offered by Enagic (though you will need to pay for shipping). You will need to get your machine to the head office in your country (at your own expense) or the closest office to you that offers this service. If you are in Australia, the head office in Sydney offers this service. You can either
1. Drop your machine off
2. Ship your machine to the head office
A form will need to be filled out and put inside the box with your machine. Enagic will return your machine to you, once the deep clean is done.
To obtain the form, phone your Enagic office, and they will email it to you.
